A South Lake Tahoe man died while hiking in the Sierra Nevada near Lake Tahoe.

The El Dorado County Sheriff´s Office says 51-year-old Jeffery Bloch was hiking with friends Monday on the Hawley Grade trail in Meyers. Authorities say indications are that he died of natural causes and foul play is not suspected.
