Critics of Pacific Gas and Electric Company´s plan for emerging from bankruptcy have filed about 70 complaints at federal bankruptcy court.

Many have asked that California´s largest utility be more specific about its wishes to shift control of its power plants and transmission system from state to federal regulation. They also want details on plans to borrow against those assets to raise 13.2 billion dollars to pay creditors.
