Firefighters are investigating the causes of a couple of fires in the Motherlode yesterday. Shortly before
10:30am, crews were called to the 100 block of Upper Sunset Drive for a kitchen stove fire. Crews got the jump on the blaze quickly and got it contained with
no one getting hurt.

Later on in Tuolumne City, crews were called to the back of Long´s Drug Store on Tuolumne Road for a dumpster fire.
Firefighters also corraled that blaze within moments. No injuries were reported.
