The man arrested in the disappearance of seven year old Danielle van Dam will face murder charges. San Diego County district attorney Paul Pfingst told a news conference this morning that neighbor David Westerfield will be arraigned tomorrow on one count of murder.

Pfingst says he concludes that Danielle, who disappeared from her bedroom earlier this month, is apparently no longer living and was killed by her abductor The DA says his office will also pursue a special circumstance of murder during a kidnapping, which carries potential death penalty or life imprisonment without parole sentences.
