The man accused of starting a campfire that led to the death of two air tanker pilots in Mendocino County
is to be arraigned today. Frank Brady is charged with two counts of murder.

Pilots Larry Groff and Lars Stratte died after their planes collided Monday
as they were battling a 250-acre fire that destroyed 12 buildings and threatened another dozen.
