High Speed Chase Ends With Arrest And No Injuries

San Andreas, CA — A high speed chase that reached speeds of 100mph ended this morning when the driver pulled over on his own accord in Calaveras County.
C.H.P. Officer Jaime Castillo reports that 36 year old Delbert Marquez of Stockton was initially redlighted but attempted to outrun officers.
Marquez was eastbound on Burson Rd. He proceeded into Valley Springs and into several parking lots. He re-entered the highway but then pulled into the Marvell parking lot. On Hwy 12 Marquez then came into San Andreas and pulled over just prior to reaching Mountain Ranch Rd.
Castillo adds that air support was on the way. In addition support was provided by the Calaveras County Sheriff´s Department.
