Original story posted at 8:05 am: Sonora, CA — The CHP and other emergency responders are on the scene of a crash on Highway 108 between Stockton Street and Washington Street.
One of the vehicles involved reportedly caught on fire and has visible smoke coming from it. An ambulance and a tow truck are responding to the scene. Traffic is backing up, so travelers will want to avoid the area. The CHP adds that eastbound traffic on Highway 108 is being diverted onto Stockton Street.
