Amador County prosecutors say they will wait for the results of an investigation and toxicology report before deciding whether to file charges against a driver whose car went into the Mokelumne River, killing a woman and three children.
The driver, 20-year-old Joshua Julin of Mokelumne Hill, and his brother were able to escape from the vehicle.
Prosecutors want to know if Julin was speeding or under the influence of alcohol when the accident occurred Friday.
