Guardsmen Pulled From Duty

At least eight National Guardsmen posted at San Francisco Bay Area bridges with M-16´s have been removed from duty for failing a basic weapons test. The soldiers were sent to a firing range after several complained to a Contra Costa newspaper last month that they lacked weapons training for civilian areas.
