Poll: Most Californians Want Lindh Tried In Civil Court

A Field Poll released today in San Francisco says more than half of Californians surveyed approve of the decision to try John Walker Lindh in a civil court. The survey shows 53 percent agree the Marin County man captured alongside Taliban fighters in Afghanistan should be tried in civil court.
