Avoiding Child Abduction Classes Scheduled

Calaveras County Highway Patrol officers and local businesses are combining efforts to help protect children from abductions. On September 20th, the Patrol will conduct a class for youngsters on methods to escape from would-be abductors. The patrol says the methods are simple, and easily learned. Century 21 Realty in Arnold is sponsoring the event. Jackson Ford Mercury in martell is underwriting the cost for a related fingerprinting, photograph and DNA sample program.
