McFall To Be Freed On Bail

A San Joaquin County lobbyist charged in a public corruption probe is expected to be released on bail. A Sacramento judge yesterday set Monte McFall´s bail at $400,000. McFall is accused of taking bribes and kickbacks while serving on a water board.
