Residents Will Have Say On Murphys Stop Sign

Murphys residents will get a chance to voice their opinion on putting a stop sign on Main Street at the Murphys Hotel.
Traffic on Algerine Street already stops, and County Public Works Director Bob Kawasaki says the intersection doesn´t meet any of the usual criteria for needing a four-way stop.
However, some Murphys residents have asked for it so the supervisors will hear their thoughts at an 8 p.m. meeting Monday.
