Boxer Takes A Swing At Bush Policy

California Senator Barbara Boxer is taking aim at President Bush’s policy on Iraq. In a speech today to the World Affairs Council in San Francisco, Boxer said, “the fight on terrorism must be multilateral. We can’t do it alone.” She says a war would isolate the U.S. from its allies while fueling terrorist anger and resentment.
