California Health Care Companies Forced To Pay Federal Government Millions

Two health care companies in northern California have agreed to pay the federal government 10.25 million
dollars over accusations of Medicare and Medi-Cal fraud. San Francisco based Catholic Healthcare West and Mercy Healthcare Sacramento admitted no
wrongdoing in the settlement over claims at a Sacramento hospital.
