Which is the biggest, most important area in Quality Management you strive to improve?

There are really two broad areas we always look at: infection prevention and patient safety. Our practices are concerned with giving the best care to the most people. These are the biggest priorities of the hospital and our department. A lot of what we do is seeing what systems can we set in place to make it hard to do the wrong thing and easy to do that right thing.
