Update: Sierra Nevada Winter Storm Warning Issued

A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect for the Sierra Nevada above 6,500 feet until 11 PM tonight.
According to the National Weather Service, total snow accumulations will range from five inches to one foot above 8,000 feet.
Below freezing temperatures will continue with wind chill temperatures in the teens. Winds may gust up to sixty mph.
A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow, sleet and ice are either expected or is occurring. Strong winds are also possible. This will make travel very hazardous or impossible.
