Spring Events At The End Of April
Many local events both Saturday and Sunday expect to draw lots of visitors.
The First Annual Sportsmen’s Expo begins at 10:00am at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds. Presented by Friends of the Motherlode Fairgrounds to benefit the Fairgrounds it will feature hunting, fishing, sports, kids activities, and food. Contact information is in the event listing here.
The Sonora Spring Festival begins at 11:00am in Downtown Sonora along Washington Street. The Sonora Opera Hall will host a hair and fashion show, there will be live music, arts and craft vendors, street entertainment, antique fire trucks, and a Disco Boogie Car Wash.
