Segerstrom Receives National Honor
Baltimore, MD, — At the Affordable Comfort Inc (ACI) National Home Performance Conference in Baltimore, Maryland Charles Segerstrom was one of four recently inducted into the Building Performance Industry Hall of Fame.
Charles Segerstrom is the manager of three energy centers focused on integrated demand side management for Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) in California.
Segerstrom has managed the Energy Training Center (ETC) in Stockton, California for 24 years. He is responsible for designing and delivering training, employee certification, and technical support for PG&E’s Customer Energy Management Programs. Segerstrom also helped develop the Home Energy Rating System and is current Chairman of the California Home Energy Efficiency Rating System (CHEERS) Technical Committee and Vice President of its Board of Directors.
Segerstrom was nominated by peers and selected by a panel of impartial judges. He was recognized for his significant and lasting contributions to the building performance industry over the course of his career.
