Raising Money For MDA

Sonora, CA — Firefighters collected over $8,800 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association outside the Junction Shopping Center Friday.
CDF Firefighters IAFF Local 2881 participated in the MDA “Fill The Boot” event and collected donations along Mono Way.
According to firefighter Barry Rudolph, the final tally was $8,814.82.
The MDA is the International Association of Federated Firefighters sponsored charity. “Fill The Boot” drives have been around for the past 56 years.
