Boating Accident On Lake Tulloch

Copperopolis, CA– Two people were injured in a boating accident on Lake Tulloch today. According to the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office, the solo accident was caused after the driver of the fiberglass boat hit a rock.
One person suffered major injuries including a broken arm and facial lacerations and was flown to a Modesto hospital. The other occupant of the boat suffered minor bruises and was treated locally.
