Sponsored by:

San Andreas, CA– The new Family Medical Center in Angels Camp is getting closer to becoming a reality.

Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital has announced who will design and construct the new facility on the site recently purchased by the Mark Twain Health Care District.
The project executive is Tassajara Development Corporation in Angels Camp and the project architect is Aspen Street Architects, also in Angels Camp. Davis Reed Construction of Sacramento has also joined the team.

“The design-build team has a proven track record of success with similar facilities,” said hospital president Feliciano Jiron. “They have brought together an experienced, knowledgeable team of local designers and builders with an impressive healthcare resume.”

The first building of this new Family Medical Center will be approximately 9,500 square feet and will replace the current Family Medical Center in Angels Camp Town Square and Creekside Imaging Center. Construction is set to begin in late 2011 with the opening estimated to be in 2012. It will be located on property along Stanislaus Avenue.
