Mountain Springs Community Hearing Closes – Board Decision Up Next

Sonora, CA — Now that the Mountain Springs Community Hearing has reached closure, it´s up to the Board of Supervisors to make a decision regarding the 897 home project off Lime Kiln Rd.

According to Board Chair Dick Pland the supervisors will conduct a 1:30pm meeting July 8 for deliberation and discussion. If a decision cannot be reached at that time further discussion will take place July 15.

While oral public comment has been completed, Pland noted that written comments may be submitted to the Board no later than July 7. Correspondence should be mailed to Board of Supervisors/Mountain Springs Community Project, County Administration Office, 2 S. Green St., Sonora, CA 95370.

The two day public comment period closed minutes after four o´clock Tuesday afternoon at the 49´er Church in Columbia.
