Man Injured In Burson Dirt Bike Accident

Burson, CA — Jared Sutliff of Acampo sustained moderate injuries Sunday while riding a dirt bike in Burson.
The CHP says the 18-year old was riding on a private dirt bike track, as he had done many times before, when he decided to try a new jump.
Due to his unfamiliarity with the jump, Sutliff was traveling at an unsafe speed. While in the air all the weight shifted forward causing the bike to land on the front tire. Sutliff continued into a summersault and the bike overturned on top of him as they landed.
He was air lifted to Doctors Hospital in Modesto where he is being treated for a dislocated hip.
