UC Berkeley Students Want New District

U-C Berkeley students want to carve a new district so they´ll have a seat on the City Council. But
Berkeley´s city attorney says they´re out of order. A group of students earlier this week submitted a plan to redraw Berkeley´s political boundaries to give
students a council district.
