Tuolumne County, CA — The flames have not grown as much in the past couple of days, but that does not mean the resources fighting the fire have dropped. Incident Command released these numbers today. It shows they still have full air and ground power battling the flames.

Rim Fire Resources:

  • 96 Fire crews
  • 525 Engines
  • 85 Dozers
  • 55 Water tenders
  • 20 Helicopters
  • 6 Air tankers
  • 2 VLAT DC-10
  • 2 MAFFS (C-130)

Fire Officials also say remotely piloted aircraft or drones are providing realtime visual and infrared intelligence on the fire.
