Angels Camp, CA — During Tuesday´s election, a challenger is making a run for one of two open seats on the Bret Harte Union High School District board.

Substitute teacher Gail Bunge of Avery is trying to unseat either incumbent Joan Lark of Arnold or Tony Tyrrell of Altaville.

The district has three schools including Bret Harte High School.
