Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne Adult Health Care Center will celebrate its 20th anniversary Friday.
An open house will be held at the office, located at 101 Hospital Rd. in Sonora, between 10am and 2:15pm.
Program Director Terri Haworth says ADHC offers services and support for residents who are not able to function independently in their homes. Since 1987, the center has helped 1,161 individuals.
Haworth says the office sees 25-35 people on a typical day.
Board of Supervisor Liz Bass and ADHC Administrator Sara Herrin will speak at Friday´s open house, beginning at 1:30pm.
