Another person has drowned in Sacramento area waters.Dennis Flores, a 15 year old from Rancho Murieta drowned yesterday in the Cosumnes River. Flores was trapped in the Granless Dam, a structure diverting water from the Cosumnes River to the Rancho Murieta Treatment Facility.

He was under the water for more than an hour before Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District crews could retrieve his body.
