A judge has set a preliminary hearing date in the case of two men accused of killing the son of state Senator Bruce McPherson of Santa Cruz in November.

A San Francisco District Attorney´s office spokesman says one of the defendants, Clifton Terrell, has yet to enter a plea. Co-defendant Dwayne Reed, has plead innocent and demanded a speedy trial.
