Tuolumne County deputies are investigating some burglaries and damage to parked vehicles in the area. In Jamestown, a parked car had its windows broken out and several items taken from inside after it broke down along the side of Highway 108.

A pickup truck parked on Beardsley Road was damaged while its owner was hiking at Beardsley Lake. Also, about $375.00 damage was done to equipment parked at a construction site in Soulsbyville. Locks were broken and dirt dumped into a fuel tank.
