The victim of Monday afternoon´s fatal head on car crash has be identified as 55 year-old Shirley Telese of Jamestown. That identification is still pending positive ID of fingerprints by the county coroner.

The woman died instantly in the crash between her four-door car and a ten-wheel dump truck on the Woods Creek Bridge. The accident closed the main highway west of Jamestown in both directions for more than four hours. The crash is still under investigation.
