BART ridership into downtown San Francisco was up this morning. BART says there was a six percent increase in exits at the downtown San Francisco stations.

Governor Gray Davis said yesterday that there is credible evidence that terrorists may be targeting California bridges, including the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges.

BART added cars to trains this morning to increase capacity, and kept the longer trains in service well after the morning commute ended.
