A man was fatally shot this afternoon while sitting in his car outside of a San Francisco fast food restaurant.

The male suspect apparently walked up to the victim who was parked outside Beep´s Burgers. San Francisco Police Lieutenant Judie Pursell says shots were fired into the car and the suspect fled the scene. Police have not identified a motive, but say the shooting does not appear to be gang related.
