Actor Robert Conrad has pleaded innocent to felony charges of drunken driving. Wearing a sling on one arm and using a cane, Conrad appeared in Calaveras County Superior Court today.
Authorities say Conrad´s blood-alcohol level was point-22 percent when he crashed head-on into another vehicle on Highway Four near Arnold on March 31st. The other driver was badly injured. The court today ordered Conrad not to drink, and also said he could only drive within six miles of his home.
Conrad is best known for his roles in the TV shows “Baa Baa Black Sheep” and “The Wild Wild West.”
The actor could face a minimum of three months in county jail or up to three years in state prison if convicted on both counts. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 18th.
