A murder conviction will stand for a California Highway Patrol officer who killed a San Diego woman after
a traffic stop. A federal appeals court in San Francisco today set aside a host of Craig Peyer´s arguments, including misconduct by the prosecution, mishandling
of evidence and too much pretrial publicity.
