Missing Ceres Man Found Dead

The body of a 70-year-old man was found in an irrigation canal in Ceres yesterday, two days after he left
home for a walk. Surjit Singh Samra´s family thinks the Sikh man may have been the victim of a hate crime but police say a preliminary examination gave no
suggestion of foul play. An autopsy is scheduled for today.
