Ripon Man Injured In Motorcycle Accident

Sonora, Ca — 61 year old Michael Tyler of Ripon was flown to a Modesto hospital yesterday afternoon, following an accident on Highway 49.
The incident happened just north of Blacks Creek Rd. at 3:15pm. According to the Highway Patrol, Tyler was traveling northbound, and entered a sharp left curve. Due to his speed, the 2000 BMW motorcycle went off the edge of the roadway and collided with a rock embankment.
Tyler´s condition is not available.
