Sonora High Staff Members Call Rummage Sale A Success

Organizers are calling the benefit rummage sale at Sonora High School over the weekend a huge success.
Sonora High School Principal Terry Clark says more than $5000 was raised to assist Sonora volleyball coach and Physical Education teacher Darla Mayhew who is hospitalized with leukemia.
Sonora High School Principal Terry Clark said “the $5000 figure is a great figure for a one-day event.”
The sale also featured raffle giveaways of airline tickets, road gravel and a donation from Sonora Carpet Mart.
