Sonora, CA — Wal-Mart in Sonora is open again after being evacuated last night because of a bomb scare.
The Sonora Police Department says Wal-Mart called in to report a suspicious package left under a table at the in-store Taco Bell.
The Calaveras Bomb Unit was called in to check the package for contents, in the mean time the store was evacuated. Reports indicate the package did not contain any explosive materials and the store was reopened.
