Supervisors Consider Eminent Domain, Air Ambulances Today
The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors meets again today after having two weeks off.
On today´s packed agenda, the supervisors will consider approving a Resolution of Necessity to acquire a third of an acre of land. It´s a part of the project which will connect Tuolumne Road to Tuolumne Road North.
If approved, the current easement would be condemned and the county would use the power of eminent domain to purchase the land.
The board this morning will also look at approving the county´s business and disaster recovery plans, first presented a few weeks ago.
Supervisors are also scheduled to certify the results of the November 2nd Election, and they´ll consider a new agreement with Air Med 2, for air ambulance services.
