Cajun Fest Spices Up Fairgrounds Tonight

If you´ve got a hankering for some hot music and some spicy food, you might want to visit the Mother Lode Fairgrounds tonight.
We´re getting ready to go, and all things are afoot. The alligators are in place, and the food´s being cooked today, as we speak.”
Cathie Peacock is helping with the organization of the Cajun Fest tonight from 5 until 10pm.
“We hope everyone can come down and enjoy kind of a fun, funky evening. And there will be a silent auction,” Peacock says.
The money raised will benefit the Sonora Sunrise Rotary.
The Blues Box Bayou Band will provide live music from 5 until 10pm, and food will be served from 5 to 7.
