Manteca Man WNV Victim

Health officials say a man from Manteca is the first in San Joaquin County to be positively diagnosed with West Nile virus. The identity of the man has not been released. He found out he was infected after he donated blood at a Sacramento blood bank. He shows no symptoms of the illness.
