Names Released in Police-Involved Shooting

Names have been released in a weekend shooting in Modesto.
Police say a man fighting with his girlfriend confronted officers with a knife and was shot and killed.
Officers Lyndon Yates and Mirl Morse responded to the call and were forced to shoot the suspect, 22-year-old Sammy Raymond Galvan.
The incident is under investigation, and the officers are on paid administrative leave, which is normal procedure after such a shooting.
