Detective Continues Testimony in Peterson Case
A Modesto police detective testified today that some suspicious stains on Scott Peterson´s truck were not blood after all.
And Henry Hendee also testified that there was no incriminating evidence on a tool box in the truck.
Prosecutors have alleged that Peterson killed his wife, then used the tool box to conceal his her body before dumping it in San Francisco Bay.
But Peterson´s attorney is meticulously picking apart that theory.
Mark Geragos continues to pepper the detective with questions about other tests on suspicious stains found in the Petersons´ kitchen, bedroom and on a pair of gloves taken from his truck.
The results were all negative.
