CHP: Holiday Alcohol Arrests Up

The California Highway Patrol says that alcohol related arrests and traffic deaths are up for the Memorial Day holiday weekend this year.
Across the state, drunken driving arrests rose 7% this holiday weekend. 28 people also died in alcohol related accidents.
