Modesto Teen Arrested for Fake Pipe Bomb

Police have arrested a 17-year-old Modesto High School student after a fake bomb forced the evacuation of nearly 3,000 students earlier this week. A student found a piece of pipe with a timer attached to it on top of a toilet in a bathroom Monday.
