Assembly For School´s 100th Year

An assembly is being held at Sonora Union High Friday to celebrate the school€™s 100th anniversary. Sonora Union High 100 Year Anniversary Committee member, Ty Wivell, says the assembly is a kick off event for a year filled with celebrations, culminating in the fall.
He says the assembly tomorrow at 11:00 AM will feature a slide show of photographs showcasing the school€™s rich history. State Senator and Sonora Union High Alumnus Rico Oller will present school officials with a commendation for reaching 100 years of operation and for excellence in education.
