State Budget Glitch Sidelined Search and Rescue

Northern California search-and-rescue teams will be back in business soon after Governor Davis´ office fixed a budget glitch that cut the teams´ insurance. The Office of Emergency Services had originally cut funding for the teams´ workers compensation insurance to deal with budget cuts.
