Accused Kidnapper Returned to Michigan

Federal authorities are returning a 56 year old convicted murderer to Michigan to face charges in the cross-country odyssey of a small town Michigan teenager.
14 year old Lindsey Diane Ryan has returned to Jones, Michigan. She was recovered safely near where she and Terry Drake had spent much of the last 23 days camping out in the remote Sierra Nevada mountains along the California Nevada border.
Drake was flown in handcuffs and shackles from Susanville to Sacramento this morning on a federal warrant charging him with interstate transport of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. He´s being transported back to Michigan by U.S. marshals to stand trial.
